  • Legal support for transactional legal matters (not disputes). Contact us for assistance with contracts, entity formation and dissolution, nonprofit governance, employment matters, real estate purchase or lease, and intellectual property.

  • Litigation may be available in certain limited circumstances.

We are unable to help with :

  • employment or worker’s compensation cases for individuals

  • evictions

  • divorces

  • probate

  • bankruptcy

  • criminal cases

  • custody
