NONPROFIT SUPPORT PROGRAM

The Nonprofit Support Program provides organizations with legal assistance on a project specific basis. The CEDLP recruits lawyers from major law firms who are available to help a group incorporate and obtain tax exempt status, draft contracts and personnel policies, negotiate a lease, secure property for affordable housing developments, and provide overall corporate guidance. CEDLP volunteer attorneys do not provide assistance for matters in litigation.
